2009

Following their scintillating Latin American and flamenco performance for a standing-room only audience on the Donnell @ LPA series at Bruno Walter Auditorim, SEGUE is invited for an encore performance on the Classical Candy Series at Pete's Candy Store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Sarah draws capacity audiences on the Gainesville Pro Musica series in Georgia and The Strad for Lunch series in Manhattan.

Sarah serves as artist-in-residence at Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute (NY). She presents workshops and masterclasses to 800 students and performs a culminating solo recital on the MWPAI Young Artists Series.

 

2008

Sarah makes her debut in California on the West Coast Salon Series.

Georgetown University invites Sarah to perform and conduct a masterclass on their Friday Music Series.

The Chappaqua Orchestra and Collegium Westchester join forces to present Strings Across Westchester, featuring Sarah Geller and Bryony Stroud-Watson in the Bach Double Violin Concerto.

 

2007

Sarah offers a new series of special interest programs for children ages 3 -18, as well as college students, in con-junction with any performance. Options include interactive, interdisciplinary arts workshops, college masterclasses and Suzuki workshops.

Performing extensively on the East Coast, Sarah appears as recitalist at the Community College of Baltimore County, the Washington D.C. Public Library and on the Bentley College Bowles Performance Series in Massachusetts.

2006

As soloist, Sarah performs Gershwin selections with the Ocean City Pops Orchestra.

Sarah founds SEGUE, an ensemble committed to innovative programming, featuring various combinations of award-winning artists, musicians and dancers.

SEGUE makes its debut performance on the Heritage Hills Concert Series in Somers, NY.

 

2005

Sarah performs recitals on the prestigious An die Musik LIVE! series in Baltimore, Buckingham’s Choice in Frederick,MD and on the Arts Institute of Western Maine series in Nordica Auditorium.

Sarah presents a chamber music concert on both the Ocean City Pops and the Chappaqua Library series.

Sarah’s commitment to teaching leads her to become the Director of the PS 116 School for Strings Outreach Violin andCello Program in New York City.

2004

In her native Maine, Sarah is the soloist in the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto with the Maine Chamber Orchestra. Shedirects a series of children’s concerts and gives two public performances.

Following her inaugural performance on the Donnell Library series, Sarah is awarded an invitation to appear annually ontheir series.

Artists’ International invites Sarah to perform a solo recital on its Alumni-Winners' series at New York's Merkin ConcertHall. She gives the world premiere of “Driven,” a work for solo violin and dancer, set to a commissioned compositionby Philadelphian composer Jeffery Story.

 

2003

Sarah performs a recital on New York City’s Christ and St. Stephen’s series.

Ocean City Pops Orchestra presents Sarah as soloist in Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 5.

2002

Sarah makes her Carnegie Hall solo recital debut as an Artists’ International Special Presentation Winner.

 

2001

Sarah wins the “Special Presentation Award” in the Artists’ International Competition.

 

2000

By special invitation, Sarah performs at Steinway Hall.

1998

Sarah receives the Helen Airoff Dowling Award, the highest accolade awarded to one outstanding graduating violinist atthe Manhattan School of Music.

 

1995

Sarah is invited to perform in a masterclass given by the St. Petersburg Quartet at Musicorda Summer StringFestival.

 

1994

Sarah performs the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto with the University of Maine at Farmington Orchestra.

At age 18, Sarah wins the University of Southern Maine Concerto Competition. She performs the Wieniawski Violin Concerto No. 2 with the University of Southern Maine Chamber Orchestra.

Sarah appears as soloist with the University of Maine at Farmington Orchestra, performing the Wieniawski Violin Concerto No. 2.
